The resort is fantastic for families, with impressive skiing right at your doorstep. Our adjoining rooms were perfect for our group, and the children's play area was a hit with our little one. Dining options were plentiful, making meal times easy and enjoyable.
In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly dining options would make a bigger difference.

I had the best time skiing right from my doorstep. It was true ski-in, ski-out bliss! The onsen experience while snow fell around me was pure magic, perfect for relaxing those tired muscles. The staff were so warm and cute, and they helped.

A quick and honest take
A splendid mountain escape! The skiing was breathtaking, and the spacious rooms offered delightful views. Great onsen experience too! While the dining options came with some disappointment, the café’s food was a hidden gem. I appreciated the helpful staff, despite some language barriers. A refreshing family trip worth remembering!

We had an amazing time enjoying the fantastic ski school and the cozy onsen during our stay. The indoor pool was a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Just a heads up, it can be a bit pricey for the amenities, but it's totally worth it for the experience! 😊

Well-designed facilities, especially the spacious rooms featuring modern decor and gorgeous mountain views. The onsen experience is top-notch, offering a relaxing retreat after a long day on the slopes.
Logistics at the gondola station could use a boost. long lines for tickets and only opening after 9am can be frustrating when you're eager to hit the slopes. Dining options felt limited with a lack of convenience stores around, leading to repetitiveness in meal choices and some overpriced restaurant experiences, particularly with the Korean restaurant not offering much at a high price. Also, the absence of a dedicated shuttle service back to Joetsumyoko station on peak evenings adds some inconvenience.

The onsen was incredibly relaxing and peaceful.
I was really disappointed with the limited dining options. The Korean restaurant had such a minimal menu, and the prices were ridiculously high. The staff's attitude during check-out was off-putting. they seemed uninterested in my experience and didn’t even thank me for staying.
